Treatments Available

A treatment session will last approximately half an hour, which is normally enough time for the majority of foot problems to be successfully treated.  However, you can rest assured that Caroline will not rush the treatment, so some appointments, particularly the first one, may take a little longer.

At your first session, Caroline  will need to take a full medical history and discuss with you any problems that you may be having with your feet and/or legs.  Sh e will then assess your feet  and explain any problems that she may find.   Your nails will then be cut and filed if necessary, and treatment for any corns, callous, damaged, thickened, fungal or ingrown toe nails will also be given. If you have verrucae, a sports injury or musculo-skeletal problem it will also be possible to start treatment at this initial visit.

The best treatment plan for you will be discussed at this appointment, whether this may be for regular routine care, an intensive course of treatment or simply just a one off visit; you can be sure that your feet will receive the best possible treatment.

Caroline believes in a flexible approach to appointment booking, so if you prefer to book from one appointment to the next, you can do.  However, if you prefer to ring as and when you need help - that is OK too!

Please note.  It may occasionally  be necessary to refer you on to another healthcare professional such as your doctor or a  physiotherapist, but this will not be done without your specific permission.
